Our newest building, the Brisa building has been delivered and is ready for occupancy. The Brisa building offers truly spectacular views of the San Jose Bay. Many upgrades have been incorporated in all units including travertine floors, granite kitchens, commercial line appliances and marble bathrooms. The units offer large covered terraces in its two and three bedroom condominiums. Of course we have included the private roof top terrace with spa for each of the penthouses. The cascading saltwater pool, Jacuzzi and shaded poolside terrace are craft fully laid out along the large professionally designed putting green in front of the Brisa building. Of course the pool and putting greens are for all to enjoy. With no chemicals and crystal clear, soft water, children will have no irritated eyes and guests who are sensitive to chlorine are loving the experience. The spa is especially relaxing with the hot salt water.
Swim Jets for Swimmers
The pool offers on demand swim jets in the upper pool. They are designed for the swimmer in mind, so anyone expecting a great work out in the pool can get one. Children will discover the jets too, but we ask that they are never alone. A current is created, that they love to play in, but adult supervision is required.
Tennis Court and Basketball
Our lighted tennis court is available for all guests. The court also offers a basketball net. Rackets are available at the front desk and a courtesy ball machine is inside the gym. There is also a basketball net on the court and a ball ready for play.

The new indoor facility offers complete, modern fitness equipment in expansive and comfortable surroundings. The fully equipped outdoor gym is perfect for the serious weight lifter. With the new on site activity center at Las Mañanitas you have direct access to all the fun you can think of. Plan in advance or visit the activity center when you arrive. Just imagine sport fishing for Marlin, Dorado and Rooster fish in some of the most fertile waters known, golfing on world class golf courses, Eco-excursions, mountain biking, exploring on ATV's, kayaking snorkeling or diving. All just outside your door. Allow the activities center to book an array of in-room Spa treatments, it’s the perfect way to relax after a long day of fishing and golfing and shopping and exploring.
Turtle Release
One of the most memorable experiences at Las Mañanitas is the release of baby turtles into the Sea. It is an unforgettable experience that is enjoyed by young and old alike. The beaches in front of Las Mañanitas are home to migrating Olive Ridley and Leatherback turtles. The giant mothers lay their eggs in the sand and 48 days later on hatching day we gather to assist the turtles in their journey to the Sea. The best dates to experience a turtle release are from August to October. Last year our owners and guests released over 250 turtles.
New Golf Course Open
Our owners and guests are enjoying the newest Jack Nicklaus golf course to open in Los Cabos. It is across the street from Las Mañanitas. Can anyone say location, location location.
