I have received a call from my guests in 203 today telling me how impressed they are with Las Mañanitas. Mr. Potter had to be taken care of after being overwhelmed with a crashing wave, they got in touch with the office and were looked after immediately, the doctor was sent to the unit, later the ambulance arrived etc... Thank you for your help. This is another instance prooving that Las Mañanitas is number 1 full ownership resort on the beach.They also commented on the security and how all the employees were so nice.

Hola!

I never got to say goodbye the last day got hectic with the Taxi strike. We almost were going to say a few more days. I want to Thank you and Lisa very much for everything. I loved our condo so much, I plan on returning one day again. I'd like to stay in that one it was perfect by the pool. The sun rose every morning in our bedroom. I do not get to see many sun rises hear in Tennessee because of the mountains. I love our mountains but miss the sunrise and sunsets I see a little. So when I go on vacation its wonderful. Please tell Michael we did try to catch him a few times maybe we can meet next time. We had a great time I would recommend it to all my friends and family. I like that area to stay in better than Cabo. Cabo is fun but for me vacation means relaxing. Well thanks again. I hope to brush up on my Spanish for next time to.

I just wanted to let you know we had a very nice time at Las Mananitas.  The room was great, the pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and everyone was very friendly.  Thank you for your assistance.  We hope to return again soon.

Dear Rosy,

A big "Thank You" for the excellent service you gave my family and I for our vacation at Las Manianitas from 27th Dec to 3rd January.  You were so professionally and extremely helpful, always willing to assist, we really appreciated it.
 
We look forward to visiting San Jose del Cabo again and will make sure we stay at Las Manianitas once again.  We will be visiting the site and see if we might be interested in purchasing one of your Condos.
 
Say thanks also to the lady at the front who take care of sales and who very willing helped us the night we got in, she was so pleasant and extremely helpful.

We would love to come back again in the future – is that penthouse (3602) planning on installing a grill? And will there be any rooftop table/chairs? These were the only things we missed, the accommodation was perfect!

We rented a two bedroom, two bath, 2nd floor Las Mananitas unit through VRBO.com and could not have been more pleased. Everything was super clean, the pool area was fantastic and uncrowded, the ocean view was great, the beach was great. I cannot say enough about how perfect we thought Las Mananitas was. We felt very safe and secure - one afternoon a car alarm went off in the parking lot and security guys materialized out of nowhere and ran to the car. There is a great little beach bar at the RV park next door (great margaritas), the Rusty Putter sports bar is great for casual food across the street, there is a Mega store across the street (kind of like a Walmart Supercenter, but with really great breads and pastries). The Mega has a coffee bar in the front as well, for your morning espresso. I would definitely rent a car - San Jose is 5-10 minutes one direction, Cabo San Lucas 20 - 30 minutes the other direction. No question at all that San Jose is nicer and the best place to stay. We had a great meal at Local 8, and an even better meal at Restaurante El Matador (take Pescador past Paseo Los Marinos, between Balandra and Portaviones Streets). Also, check out the great casual local food at a place we discovered through friends go to. I would definitely recommend Las Mananitas for the location and value.
