What are the Rates Taxes and Other Fees?
Rental rates vary by the type of condominium you choose. All rates are subject to 14% State and Federal Taxes. The only additional cost is the check out maid service fee, which varies by the condominium type. Daily maid service and other concierge services are available upon request. Summer rates apply until March 31, 2011* we also offer 4 night and one week specials.

How do I Book and Pay for a Reservation?
You can book on our website in three easy steps. Under the accommodations page, you can select the condominium that fits your needs. Secondly, you select your dates and view availability. Lastly, you view your total, with all discounts applied, and enter your payment information. A confirmation will be automatically emailed to you. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you need help, you can receive an immediate response from our live chat, where team members are waiting to answer any questions you might have. If you would like to talk to a member of our team before submitting your reservation, feel free to call our toll free line to book your vacation:
1-877-462-2226. We will be happy to reserve your dates and submit your deposit for your reservation personally.

How do I Check In?
If you arrive to the resorts during business hours, you will enter the main reception area where you will check in, leave a phone deposit, request any services and receive welcome information and your keys. If you have notified us of a late arrival we will provide a lock box and a code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You can complete the check in process the following morning.

Is There Internet Available?
Yes. In both resorts wireless internet is available. When you arrive to your condominium and turn on your computer a resort page will appear which will display your rate options and request for credit card payment.

Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are not allowed for guests at Las Mañanitas or Tortuga Bay.

What do I Need to Bring?
Each and every one of the luxury condominiums, villas and penthouses at both resorts are fully equipped and furnished. As they are privately owned you will find custom interiors and everything you need to enjoy an indulgent at home feeling on the beach. Of course beach towels ar provided.

Can You Assist me with My Special Travel Needs?
Sure we can. There are many medical professionals that offer everything from sports medicine therapy to oxygen. Should you need nursing care, wheelchair or have questions regarding available medications and any special needs, or concerns please let us know. Contact Us Many visitors come to Los Cabos for dental, rejuvenation and plastic surgery and anti aging services. It is a great way to save money and vacation at the same time. We offer discounts for your accommodations during your medvacation.

How do I Book Activities?
Located at on the boulevard at Las Mañanitas, we have an activity center which makes scheduling fun for all interests simple. The activity center caters to both resorts. From Scuba diving to mountain top expeditions and everything in-between, it is a one stop shop for all activities in Los Cabos. We make it easy to plan a great vacation and book your activities and tee times prior to your arrival.

Are Weddings and Special Group Events Possible?
Los Cabos is recognized as an ideal location for a wedding vacation with the popularity and economics of combining a wedding with a tremendous experience. Both resort properties are very beautiful and offer the perfect beach setting. The room options and common areas are perfect for accommodating families and groups. We will be happy to recommend a wedding or event coordinator for you. We do have a minimum room requirement and reasonable cost for use of the common areas for your occasion.

Are There Spa Services?
Our on-site staff will be happy to arrange for all in-room, poolside or offsite spa treatments for the pampered individual to weddings. A visit to a world class spa or a trip to our favorite Day Spa and Salon are within walking distance or a short drive from the resorts. Book your spa requests prior to arrival or at any time while on vacation.

What are my Transportation Options?
We offer round trip or one way, private transportation services at an exclusive rate for guests at Las Mañanitas and Tortuga Bay. . Travel, passport information and reservations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. For your convenience we will be happy to book your rental car, delivered to the resort with Alamo rental car. They are offering a special rate for a compact, air conditioned car. As our most requested service, it allows for a very simple arrival and hassle free departure. Other options include taxis and group transport, which are available at the airport.

How is the Weather?
Los Cabos has exceptional year round weather. The best times to visit is October Through July. August and September can be hot for some, slow paced and the Marlin fishing at its best!

Is it Safe in Los Cabos?
Los Cabos although accessible is a remote vacation destination. It is far away from the troubles at the US. Border and Mexico's mainland. You will sense it when you arrive, our pace is worry free. There are no limits to the amount of fun you can have in Los Cabos. Many can't miss the famous late night clubs in Cabo San Lucas. The resorts are located only 13 miles on a lit highway from Cabo San Lucas, we offer a late night transportation option for a safe return from your fiesta. Taxis are also available at any hour.

Where are Las Mañanitas and Tortuga Bay Located?
Both resorts have a truly ideal beachfront location in the heart of the San Jose Bay. They are centrally located to all of the world class golf courses in Los Cabos. Surfing is nearby at the famous zippers and Old Mans break. They sit on a wide, endless beach that beckons walkers and runners in the morning. Las Mañanitas is 2 miles from San Jose del Cabo. Tortuga Bay is 1.5 miles. It would be possible to take a long walk (about 40 minutes). There is a public bus that makes it route on the boulevard in front of the resorts to town, or we can easily arrange for a taxi to take you there. The resorts are 13 miles via a lit 4 lane highway from Cabo San Lucas along the exclusive Corridor. There are Taxis and public busses to Cabo. The resorts are within an easy 20 minute drive on a toll road from the International Airport.

Are There Restaurants, Grocery, Shops and Nightlife Nearby?
The resorts are located within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The Mega Shopping Plaza is across the boulevard from Las Mañanitas and a short walk or quick drive from Tortuga Bay. It is complete with a large grocery store, a variety of shops and a food pavilion with many delicious options from tacos to sushi. There is a Starbucks and a McDonalds in the Plaza..There are three nightlife hotspots within walking distance of both resorts. In the center of San Jose del Cabo (less than 2 miles) there are many fine dining and casual restaurants, local favorite bars, and a wonderful art district. There is a Costco and Wal-Mart closer to Cabo San Lucas Restaurants.

What are the Differences Between Las Ma&ntiled;anitas and Tortuga Bay?
The two resorts offer a very different experience. Las Mañanitas is an expansive property with 100 condominiums in total. It is larger than Tortuga Bay which has 33 condominiums in one beachfront phase.. Las Mañanitas is a multi-phased resort with 4 pools and spas, pro putting green, an indoor/outdoor work out facility and tennis court. It has a very family friendly atmosphere. Tortuga Bay, being one of the newest luxury resorts provides a more exclusive experience. The floor plans and terraces are expansive, and the views and decor are breathtaking. Tortuga Bay is a private get away. Both resorts are very unique and can provide for an individualized vacation.

What are the Accommodations Choices at Las Mañanitas?
There are one two and three bedroom condominiums, three bedroom villas and penthouses available. There are two different styles of one bedrooms available, There are three types of two bedrooms as well, which are determined by size and view. There are three bedroom condominiums and larger three bedroom villa floor plans. All floor plans offer expansive terraces. The Penthouse offers a tremendous three bedroom floor plan and details.

What are the Differences in the Phases at Las Mañanitas?
The first phase is the closest to the sand and water. It is the original phase. Many of the condominiums are decorated with a beach house feel. The second phase maintains unobstructed water views and direct access to the beach, with an extended private beach leading from the waves to the pool, quieter than the first phase, with many upgrades. The third phase was most recently built. It is elevated above the first phase, and offers water views and expansive views from its upper levels. The pool is salt water treated (easier on allergies) It is located closest to the indoor/outdoor gym and tennis court.

Each of the three phases have spectacular amenities and unique qualities that are united by amazing gardens, fountains and meandering walkways. There are lovely water views from all of the phases. However the Oasis building has its own cactus garden and corner views to the water. Each of the three phases of Las Mañanitas has award winning pools and spas with shaded grilling terraces, refrigerator, ice maker and immaculate restrooms. All guests are welcome to visit any pool, amenity and common area throughout Las Mañanitas.

What on site Amenities are at Las Mañanitas?
The resort has three very large pools and spas, with well equipped outdoor grilling terraces. There is a professional indoor/outdoor gym. It is equipped with multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, many different weight training structures, yoga mats and free weights. There is a beautiful tennis court, and basketball net with lighting for evening games. There are on demand swim jets for the aquatic trainer and a large pro putting green.

What are the Accommodation Choices at Tortuga Bay?
All of the condominiums at Tortuga Bay are very well appointed and discriminating. Your choices include spacious two bedroom condominiums and expansive three bedrooms. Every condominium enjoys lremendous private terraces and outdoor living areas. The amazing penthouse Vila in the Sky that boasts private pool, spa, out door bar and grill, diffused fireglass lounge, fireplace and. Comfortably accommodates 12 guests in luxurious interiors.

What on site Amenities are at Tortuga Bay?
There are two pools and large sp at Tortuga Bay. The resort is centered by an elegant cascading infinity pool with shaded island bungalows. The large spa looks over the dramatically designed custome illuminated pool. At the beach is a gas lit fireplace for evening enjoyment. Away from the main area is a special tear drop pool that sits just off the beach. Each pool area boasts elegant and well equipped grilling terraces, refrigerators and ice makers. Privacy is not to be understated at Tortuga Bay.
